As the business reality has changed significantly in the past decade (and is still changing), and market and competition aggressiveness threaten the life expectancy of family businesses in particular, it cannot be trusted that only empirically developed management routines will guarantee business sustainability.
With this concern in mind, we rely on powerful Planning tools and instruments (Corporate, Tax, Asset and Succession Planning), Corporate Governance, and Compliance with the aim of enabling our clients to achieve longevity, efficiency, and favorable resource capture.
In this context, we operate on behalf of our clients as corporate lawyers, advisors, and engineers of customized legal solutions focused on both prevention and resolution (especially outside of court) of the problems they experience.

Romeo
Seixas Pinto Neto
is a lawyer graduated from FDV - Faculdade de Direito de Vitória and licensed to practice law by OAB/ES under number 10.575 since 2003. He has a post-graduate degree in Civil Procedural Law - FDV, in Tax Law - IBMEC, completed an L.L.M. in Corporate Law - IBMEC, in Corporate Law - FGV and in corporate recovery.
His professional experience began in large companies, such as Vale S.A., which provided him with intense contact with large operations, and since then he has mainly worked in the areas of tax, tax and corporate law, complex tax executions, corporate issues (national and international), drafting of complex contracts (national and international), corporate restructuring, estate and succession planning, and consulting for small, medium and large companies.
His ability to deal with market-related issues has been constantly sought after by entrepreneurs to act as a consultant and provide daily guidance to ensure that decision-making is as efficient and safe as possible."
Paula Dalla Bernardina Folador Seixas Pinto
She is a lawyer graduated from FDV - Faculdade de Direito de Vitória and licensed to practice law by the OAB/ES under number 23.108 since 2014. She is a specialist in Individual and Procedural Labor Law - FDV and GRC - Governance, Risk Management and Compliance from FDV. In addition, she is the Deputy Secretary of the General Comptroller's Office of the Municipality of Vitória and Vice-President of the Compliance Commission of the 17th Subsection of OAB.
In her professional life, she has worked at Vale S.A., AmBev S.A., and Banco Santander S.A. She also acted as a judicial conciliator at the Judiciary of the State of Espírito Santo from 2004 to 2008, which gave her great skill in mediating conflicts.
Her ability to handle people has led her to frequently deal with labor issues, and she is currently working on implementing labor compliance programs by mapping risks, developing/implementing internal controls, a code of ethics and conduct, internal regulations, policies and procedures, and training for the entire team, aimed at ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws (compliance), which results in effective improvement of the relationship between employees and employers, cost reduction, turnover reduction, improvement in the organizational climate, employee productivity, and reduction of labor liabilities.
Breno Soares Cuzzuol
